Growing up in India, Oregon-based Mompreneur Pallavi Pande loved the food-nature connection of eating off of banana leaves.  This is still common practice in many parts of the world, but not in the US.  She wanted to share this with her children and keep it as sustainable as possible.  Tableware that is sturdy, reusable, and composts just like the plants in your garden? What could be easier than that! And - they’re BEAUTIFUL!  Hear about how she gives back to the community involved in the harvesting of the areca nut leaves for the plates, the most sustainable farm I’ve ever heard of, and meet the two cutest Dtocs Plates brand ambassadors at the end of the episode!
