Autoimmune diseases are continuing to rise, yet misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment for autoimmune diseases are as common as ever. It takes passionate functional health providers who care to spread the knowledge around these diseases and provide tools and solutions that you can implement today to start feeling better. On this episode, I am getting real about my own personal Hashimoto’s thyroiditis diagnosis that I received in the middle of writing my last book, how it impacted my mindset around my health journey and sharing ways that I took back control of my body so that you can too.
If you suspect your thyroid may be malfunctioning, the first step is to empower yourself with the right tests to check for autoimmune markers.
