Zack has a Ph.D. in microbiology & immunology from the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley, where he double-majored in immunology and classical art & archaeology. Before starting ZBiotics, Zack worked in clinical trial design as well as researching HIV vaccines and pursuing novel antibiotics in both academia and industry.
