Security provides the basis to obtain a clearly planned objective in a military operation. In the Recovery process, security begins as an act of faith that develops into a life-saving skill. The helping professionals and the support network must understand that the flow of information and healing is directly proportional to how the client and/or loved one reveals their pain and moves toward Recovery.
