Creating A Grassroots Esports Team ft. Jakob "VXVX" Johnson

Really there's only a few cities across the contiguous US where 50% of the population can catch premier or A-tier esports events. The other 50% of the country has to depend on their own grassroots scenes for that esports demand.
Jakob Johnson is part of that latter 50%, in the Southeast US! He started LAGr Gaming and does a lot of event coordination for the region on top of that. He talks about starting his organization up in his teen years, the ups-and-downs of managing it, and the overall condition of the scene right now.
