We often hear about the bigger D1 schools around the nation developing esports programs, almost out of necessity. But rarely do we hear about student anbd staff driven esports programs being built up in our small towns and cities. James Jones created his own version of an esports program at Trinity Valley Community College, where he previously worked in the cafeteria. Seriously, it's an awesome story!
