Riot Games confirms Massive Chinese Media Rights Deal with Billibili

League of Legends international events drive viewership. How much exactly used to be in dispute but with Nielsen's involvement we have more accurate data. Now Billibili, after a deal was reportedly done in 2019, has been confirmed as the media rights holder for Mandarin broadcasts at a cost of about $100M depending on the exchange rate at the time of the deal.
