In a Zoom hearing with plenty of shade to go around, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers levied a decision to partially grant a temporary restraining order (TRO) after hearing arguments from both sides. Epic was granted the TRO in regards to the Unreal Engine but denied it when arguing for Fortnite to remain on the App Store and Google Play.
