Following up with some of the best encounters at the Esports Next Conference, we are thrilled to bring Jacob Kaplan to the show. Jacob has over a decade of experience with Digital Arts and Design and Media Communications programs, helping develop valuable industry members. He is the Creative Project Strategist at the Full Sail University, where he leads and supports most of the University's creative initiatives. 

In this episode, we delve into Jacob's job at Full Sail, what exciting projects they're putting together for the following years and the career opportunities at the University. We also talk about the Full Sail Fortress, the largest collegiate esports arena on a college campus, its production capabilities, the roles students have access to, and the variety of experience for future jobs they can get there.
