Helping Esports Businesses Outsource With Dawn Hershik

Most entrepreneurs wear many hats (if not all) when they start their businesses and, as the company starts growing, they must begin to delegate some tasks. Dawn Hershik thinks that ideally when business owners reach that point, they should delegate what they are not good at or spend time on. 

Dawn Hershik is the Managing Director at Supporting Strategies, a company that provides bookkeeping and controller services through remote and cloud-based technology. Dawn is a seasoned business, sales, and finance professional with deep expertise in small businesses' financial analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, and she also is the Director of Feed the Seed Foundation. This organization provides resources through coaching, education, co-working space, and grants to improve local economies by supporting start-up entrepreneurs.
