I am Jess, from Auckland, New Zealand. I live out West Auckland (WESTIE!) with my partner Heemi.

I am a step mum, 2 beautiful kids Jade 14, Taine 16. Started my own business a year ago in the health & wellness space which I am absolutely loving.



I love the community, the personal growth & development, there is something so cool about an environment empowers people with encouragement & support for none other that to encourage & support because we all want to see everyone succeed and just live with joy and happiness in their life. I love the joyous positivity & love that comes with it that ripples through to my own family & friends.



I work with a team (atm) of about 12 men & women who are all on a mission, to become better versions of themselves & to be of service to others. To give & contribute to others is such a cool feeling.



Im a conservation volunteer, although haven’t been able to do so for a while being in lockdown.



Outside of my business I’m currently studying to become a personal trainer in health & fitness, i love helping others find what “healthy” means for them.

I love exercising, my health & fitness, being outdoors, I love dancing, I love opening up my home and sharing my space with friends and family, hosting, entertaining, meeting & connecting with new people, I love being creative in the kitchen, i love travelling and going on adventures!
