Jyoti Jani Patel is a creative coach and consultant who guides bold, visionary leaders to develop creative, inclusive, and impactful organizations that usher in the future of ethical leadership, and innovate in response to the defining issues of our time. She is the founder of Spille:Play, a Seattle-based organizational culture & strategy consultancy.



Jyoti’s invaluable experience leading aerospace engineering teams and corporate learning and development programs enable her to explain how cultural biases propagate through organizational systems and structures, contributing to harmful products and practices that erode trust and wellbeing, oppress marginalized groups, and impede long term business impact.



For well over a decade, she has guided world class teams in STEM and social impact to solve complex business problems, build healthy and creative cultures, design learning and development programs, and craft future-focused adaptive strategies, using empathy, playfulness and systems thinking as learning tools.



Jyoti’s workshops and coaching follow a proven design thinking and problem solving approach, while integrating art and movement as a playful gateway to the optimal state of creative flow. She is an intersectional feminist and committed to illuminating systemic blind spots so that her clients can reach their immense potential while championing systems change. In her free time you’ll find her dancing with her two sassy daughters, DJing groovy beats on vinyl, and communing with mother nature.
