Anne McCranie is a Portland, Oregon based personal trainer and licensed massage therapist.

In 2020 she created "Fluid Fit Club" a subscription service offering live zoom Pilates, Barre, yoga, and Energy flow classes, one on one strength and balance training, and a library of recorded therapeutic exercise videos.

She helps her clients maintain mobility, recover from surgery, reduce anxiety, and build strength, all while having FUN!
