030: Marty Lee

Before Marty Lee — or Hoenes — joined Donnie Iris & The Cruisers, he played in multiple Erie bands such as Red, White, and Blueberry; Reel to Reel; The Fabulous Nobodies; and The Pulse. I interviewed Marty years ago for my book on the Erie County Fieldhouse and a subsequent blog I wrote in 2015. Each time, he’s been super accommodating and patient with me, and I appreciate him taking the time to chat with me.
