"I'd rather tame a wild horse than motivate a mule." With that sentiment, Eric discusses the difficulty of motivating people to create. Eric also reads an entire screenplay, one that he wrote when he was a teenager, and spends most of these two hours in an infectious hysterical laughter as he struggles to finish the reading. "The Alternative" is an un-produced screenplay from March 1999 and Eric invites you to digest this amateur masterpiece.
