A top Democrat lawyer is trying to keep independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. off New Jersey’s ballot this November. Scott Salmon claims Mr. Kennedy broke the state’s so-called Sore Loser law.

Kenya’s nationwide protests against proposed tax hikes turned deadly on June 26. Protesters breached the country’s parliament, and Nairobi’s city hall was set ablaze. Police used tear gas and live rounds to disperse crowds. At least five people have reportedly been shot dead, and about 30 injured. Rights groups say 13 were hit with live ammunition, four with rubber bullets, and three with launcher canisters.

The U.S. House of Representatives has just passed a bipartisan bill targeting the Chinese communist regime’s decades-long persecution of the spiritual practice Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa. NTD’s Jack Bradley brings us more on the vote.
