On today’s show we interview life and business partners, Christina and David Hall who share with us the importance of taking calculated risks, using systems to grow and scale your business, and how to overcome the challenges of building a dream team.
Back in 2010, Christina and David decided to quit their stable, full-time jobs to backpack across America.
Around this time, David also started brewing beer at home. And what started out as a hobby eventually evolved into a full-time business.
Buoyed by the response that they got from local events, Christina and David decided to start their own micro-brewery +bar, Ginger’s Revenge in 2017.
One of the main themes that we touch upon in today’s show is how to overcome the challenges of building a dream team. Especially, when you are in the initial stage of your business and struggling to just stay afloat, how do you adequately reward your star team members and ensure retention?
Other topics discussed on today’s show include managing contrasting personalities, using the right project management tools, and how to keep your personal and professional lives separate.
This is a show you do not want to miss.
Enjoy!
