In this week’s episode, I’ll be joined by the founder of Sleep is a Skill - Mollie McGlocklin (@molliemcglocklin)!

Sleep is a Skill is a company that helps people optimise their sleep through technology, accountability, and behavioural change. Following months of chronic sleep deprivation, Mollie reached a tipping point after experiencing a panic attack in Rome’s Colosseum. Embarrassed and ashamed, she later had phone calls with doctors, reached out to clinics, joined sleep solution courses, scoured the latest studies, kept detailed sleep logs, bought every sleep gadget, read all the “must-read” books, tried hypnosis, got bloodwork done – essentially, anything and everything she possibly could to bring a better night’s sleep.

In our wide-ranging conversation, we discuss;

Products costing less than $30 which can massively improve your sleep; Optimising your room for sleep; Common reasons for waking up in the middle of the night; The global impact of lights Post-Edison;

And so, SO much more!

Join us for the full episode on Wednesday!
