Mikey Ahdoot (@mikeyahdoot) is one of the founders of Habitnest.com: A practical, action-oriented startup helping people live wholesome, rewarding lives by building better habits. They’ve sold over 550,000 hardback journals to date (two of these to me which I love!) and in May 2020, they were awarded The Best Small Business in the Under 30 Category by Amazon!
By Mikey’s own admission, he didn’t have the best habits growing up. He used to eat bags of tortilla chips, play video games for 15 hours a day, and wake up at noon. However, after he and his mate Alex started tracking their habits on 8-feet long whiteboards, Mikey has been able to transform into a ‘habits monster’ and help bring to life one of my favourite companies! It’s a truly inspiring story.
