Sameer Agarwal is the founder of RevFin, India's top electric vehicle financing startup.

RevFin provides loans for commercial electric vehicles, mainly focused on two-wheelers and three-wheelers.

Electric vehicles have been excluded from lending due to new technology, lack of a secondary market, and difficulties underwriting financially excluded individuals.

RevFin uses psychometrics, biometrics, telematics, and gamification to underwrite loans for individuals with no credit history or banking transactions.

Agarwal was inspired to start his own venture after learning that his wife was pregnant and realizing the potential in focusing on people who don't have access to credit.
