The name uKnowva was arrived at through a brainstorming session, and the only condition was that it should have V, U, V, and W in it.

The platform focuses on four major key areas of HR responsibility: talent management, talent acquisition, talent development, and talent engagement.

According to Jain's customers, the platform is easy to use, cost-effective, intelligent, and flexible, and the core business model is a subscription-based SaaS model.
