Academy Award-winning Screenwriter David Rabinowitz shared the Oscar for best screenplay for the Spike Lee movie, BlackkKlansman which he co-wrote with Charlie Wachtel and Kevin Willmott. They currently have multiple projects in development as both writers and producers.Rabinowitz attended Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, and as a freshman and sophomore he worked for the college’s famous political polls, calling individuals for the surveys. After graduating he worked for a couple of years in the news video department of the Wall Street Journal in New York, shooting and editing videos and working on live shows. In Los Angeles, he did freelance video editing and made corporate videos. Originally from NJ, David has been working as a full-time professional screenwriter since 2017.
