Michael K. Levine, an expert on lean and agile software development and information technology and author of his new book “People Over Process: Leadership for Agility” joins Enterprise Radio.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Michael Levine discuss the following:

You’ve been a busy senior executive, why did you take the time to write this book? Now that we are twenty years into the agile software movement, how do you think its going? What is the difference between lean and agile? Why do you talk about both? What’s the biggest mistake organizations make in technology management? You seem to really like meetings.  Most of what we hear is how awful they are. What is up with that? What is different about yours and why does it fit agility the best? Your model depends on what you call “frameworks” to help teams be rigorous, efficient, and aligned.  What are some of your favorites?
