Tino recently released a solo album called Live or be Lived all Over. The conversation centers around the creation of this album and everything involved with it. Tino has also been vocalist of The Cryptics for many years. We touched on this, as well as his experiences playing with Battalion of Saints, and many other bands.
We ended the conversation by talking about nutrition. Tino is an SOS-Free vegan. This part of the conversation was especially fascinating for Josh and it should be for other vegans as well.
