Belle Gunness - The Black Widow of La Porte

Belle Gunness lived in La Porte, Indiana and would go on to become one of America's most shocking Serial Killers. Belle would entice suitors to the Gunness farm under the pretence of marriage, where here she would poison, then kill her incapacitated victims and bury their dismembered corpses in the pig pen of the Gunness farm and steal their money. After a fire engulfed the Gunness farm, the bodies of her children were found along with a headless corpse that was named as Belle Gunness, however many believe it was not Belle and she escaped with her stolen fortune and lived on.
