Safe Space

Every great sauce has the right combination of ingredients that produce a great flavor. Every great organization and church's values make up the ingredients to their sauce. During this series Pastor Adrian will be diving into the ingredients of Engage. The third ingredient is Authenticity. Pastor Adrian explains how a safe space is needed in order to connect people to God and to connect them to their meaningful work in the earth. We celebrate the idea that we give people a safe space to be transparent, to be challenged, and to grow.
