Andrea Passman is the Chief Operating Officer at Caerus Oil and Gas, an investor in many conventional upstream oil and gas properties across western Colorado and eastern Utah. Before moving to her current leadership position in Colorado, she spent 6 years at CNX in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she held numerous vice president roles until assuming the role of Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Prior to CNX, Andrea held senior leadership roles at Halliburton and Greenshale Energy. Andrea has an active civic life serving as a Colorado School of Mines President’s Council member and mentor, a University of Denver Crimson and Gold Society member, and a member of the Food Bank of the Rockies Operations Committee. Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Additionally, she has pursued further studies as part of 1 year study programs at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and the Harvard Business School.
