She also serves as the host of the Energy Thinks podcast. Tisha authors the weekly Both of These Things Are True newsletter and has written two books: Accidentally Adamant (2018) and The Gamechangers Playbook (2020).

Anne Carto is the director of client strategy and sustainability at Adamantine. In her role, she guides clients’ operational sustainability by developing strategies to mitigate the unique risks facing each oil and gas company. By developing and guiding companies’ environmental, social, and governance (ESG), decarbonization, and stakeholder navigation strategies, she supports Adamantine’s proactive and transformational work future-proofing companies against rising social risk.
