In today's episode, I'm sharing my interview with Luke Wendlendt.
Luke is a father of four, husband, entrepreneurial visionary, and Minnesota native… and someone that I am grateful to now call a friend.
Luke has a powerful story where he talks about how 15 years ago, he struggled with daily panic attacks, no identity, and zero purpose to founding Northstar Behavioral Health, which provides services focusing on supporting individuals diagnosed with stimulant use disorder and opioid use disorder.
And Cadre, a company with a goal to impact 1,000,000 people through their all-Inclusive Mental Health, Wellness & Human Optimization Platform.
He also recently ran 107.6 miles self-supported for the 107,660 that lost their life to opioid overdose last year.
In today’s episode you will learn:
Best question to ask at networking event to build authentic relationships
How to turn your biggest struggles into your mission
How to authentically live out your values
The top 3 traits that he looks for in the best employees
How he ran 107.6 miles by not giving his pain a voice
Jam packed with actionable strategies and a lot of SOUL…
