“It all stacks. Your ability to endure, to persevere, to keep going despite adverse effects. Through this process of testing myself enduring things, and putting myself in positions to strengthen becomes like a muscle. It’s being consistent with doing 40 pushups a day and getting to bed at a certain time. Doing so stacks in your ability to do harder things.”
