Luke Humphrey is many things; a member of several top 25 NCAA cross country teams, a 2:14:38 marathoner, and a three-time Olympic trial qualifier. He is also an advocate and coach who uses the Hansons Marathon Method to help runners of all abilities reach their running goals.
