On this week's show, John and Rob discuss their specific training and how each is coming along in the timeline.
John then wonders aloud why there are books geared toward specific genders (i.e, "Running for Women") since gender plays no part in how he designs a training plan for his clients.
Ron might be switching his Pittsburgh race to one in Texas on the same weekend for the chance to run shoulders with Chip Gaines. Since this is the weekend after John's triathlon, he is pondering joining him there for the weekend. And if that is not enough of a teamE4E group racing meetup, John is going to join Rob in PA late June for the Dam Tri.
The show ends with a talk on the group being all-inclusive and welcoming, unlike other groups out there in Facebook land that is becoming increasingly condescending and, well, mean-spirited.
