In today’s episode, I talk deep dive into an issue that is very personal to me and my healing journey, stomach acid. It might seem like an odd topic and rather specific but it is a critical one. Particularly, if you want to ensure you are able to absorb your nutrients adequately enough so you have the necessary nutrient stores in your body so you can get pregnant.
