Episode 025 once again delves into the current climate of law enforcement with my good friend and 20 plus year veteran Deputy Scott Wells. Scott and I discuss all types of topics as they relate to law enforcement from leadership, mental health of officers and where the profession is lacking. Scott goes into great detail about his time working lead homicide for Snohomish County, and how he balanced the emotions of that assignment with all the other aspects of life. Scott is extremely introspective and is always trying to make improvements on who he is as a person, I always enjoy listening to his wisdom.
