In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sara Frenza. I am a mom to 2 girls, nutrition and body transformation coach, and owner of Sara Frenza Fitness and Nutrition. Over the past few years, I went from avoiding mirrors to a published fitness model in my 40’s. Fitness changed me forever!  It gave me the strength to be the best version of me both physically and mentally. Most of all it gave me my confidence back so that I can level up in all areas of my life. I became a better mom, wife, daughter, employee and friend because I gained confidence, courage, grit, determination, a positive mindset and a respect for myself and my body. My mission is to teach other women how to eat and lift their way to the body of their dreams. I learned more about nutrition by taking my nutrition coaching certification and I also learned how to take women through a successful body transformation from the Strong Formula certification course using the same techniques that were applied in my own body transformation. In this episode we discuss the importance of taking care of yourself first, body transformation, weight maintenance and the diet industry and conditioning.
