7. Clay Dimick

For this week’s episode we spoke with professional soccer player Clay Dimick. He’s currently an outside back for Charlotte Independence in the USL Championship but also played over in Australia after finishing his college soccer career at Belmont Abbey College, where he served as the team captain for two years. We speak about the challenges and growth he experienced when moving abroad by himself to play soccer and his adoption and the definition of family but also about how his faith and helping others has given him perspective that has fueled his motivation and that pushed him not to give up on his dream to become a professional soccer player.
