Ms. Butcher currently serves as Midwest Region Lead of the Private Sector Group for Carollo Engineers. She earned a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. Mel is dedicated to supporting women’s career ambition, particularly women working in male-dominated fields. She produces the Empowering Women Podcast on behalf of Empowering Women in Industry.
