Jess Serdikoff Romola, dietitian supervisor and host of The Empowering Dietitians Podcast, is joined in this episode by Jessy Griffel, a Montana-based outpatient oncology dietitian and graduate of The Empowering Dietitians Group Program. In this episode, Jessy shares how lost she felt when enrolling in the group program earlier this year - and how she went from questioning her entire career, to being able to set boundaries, make a big career change, and align her work with her core values and the priorities she has in life. Making these changes allowed Jessy to make space in her life for passions and hobbies, and to reclaim parts of her identity as a fully-fledged human beyond her identity professionally as a dietitian.
