Katie Barclay is an historian of gender, the family, the self and emotions based at The University of Adelaide. She is a Senior Research Fellow with the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions, editor of the journal 'Emotions: History, Culture, Society', a member of the Council for The Society for the History of Emotions (www.historyofemotions.org.au/society-for-the-history-of-emotions) and a EURIAS Marie Curie Fellow at Aarhus Universitet, Denmark.
