Planning Paralysis - hands up the air if you have experienced it... HANDS STRAIGHT UP! This is where you plan plan plan but don't actually take the action! You get stuck and just make another plan so you feel like you are doing something but you are not actually doing anything. It is so common and I used to fall well and truly into the planning paralysis state really easily.
