Saloua received the 2020 Rising Star Award by Women in Finance Association in Quebec (AFFQ), honouring professionals who demonstrate leadership and a long-term impact in the industry. She is a member of the 2020 Canadian Governor General Leadership conference and was named Mentor of the year by the Max Muslim Awards for Excellence in 2020.
