Bio

Georgia is an Environmental Engineer with over 20 years’ experience as a sustainability professional in the property and construction industry. She is a WELL Building Standard Accredited Professional and Fitwel Ambassador, a Chartered Environmentalist, Member of the Institute of Environmental Management of Assessment, and a UNESCO Special Junior Envoy for Youth and the Environment.

In 2003, Georgia established sustainability consultancy Element Four and has worked with organisations such as the Bank of England, LandSec, Deloitte, Accenture, Mace and DEFRA to deliver more sustainable projects and business practices. A critic of traditional approaches to environmental management and CSR, Georgia has developed an approach she calls “disruptive sustainability” – dumping the KPI’s, cutting out the bland reports and making sustainability everyone’s job.
