Ed tries to bring guests onto the property podcast who have good ideas for the future, but also like to try and open the door to some people that you may have heard about and may not know much about.

So, on this latest episode of Ed Talks, he has invited two guests – one with a healthy and longstanding auction background, the other with an eye on using tech from auctions to improve private treaty sales.

David Sandeman, MD of The Essential Information Group (does what it says on the tin and has been providing data rooms and data for well over 20 years) and Tim Main, an RICS qualified Estate Agent and also Director and Founder of PIPs Ltd – a new PropTech company designed to speed up the buying process.

They are now working together on something new and exciting.
