Season 3 was shot and recorded at the Carolina Conference, Charlotte, NC, and sponsored by Southern Adventist University.

Ryan's special guests for this season are made up of local pastors, students, Conference employees and church members in the Carolinas.

How do you support a friend who's depressed? That question is, unfortunately, very relevant to today's statistics. Depression is at an all time high, and most likely you have someone in your inner circle who suffers from it. The National Network of Depression Centers (NNDC) reported that over 41% of adults suffer from depression. So find out what our guests have to share with Ryan on how to help a friend or family member who is depressed.

Let us introduce you to this episode's special guests:

Paola Alvarez is the assistant to the Vice President for Finance at the Carolina Conference. She is married to the love of her life and the mother of two adorable kids. Alvarez is passionate of about her family, her faith and has a desire for everyone she meets to know Jesus.

Rachel Beaver is senior public relations major at Southern Adventist University. She is also a writer in their Marketing and University Relations office and the humor editor for the Southern Accent. She is also the current communications director at Bowman Hills SDA church.
