Then we travel to Michigan to meet Amy Emberling, one of the founding bakers at Zingerman's Bakehouse in Ann Arbor. Zingerman's family of businesses are known for their mission to invest in the community and create new culinary entrepreneurs. Finally, we hear from another Zingerman's Bakehouse alum, Shelby Kibler, the founder of Field & Fire Bakery and Cafe in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
