Fox Sports College Football analyst Brady Quinn joined Dukes & Bell to breakdown the College Football playoff rankings that were released last night.

Quinn said the committee could have set it up for two SEC teams to make the college football playoff.

“I think the committee has opened themselves up to two things, the first thing there is no longer the potential of the Big 10 getting two teams, I think when Penn State was still in that top four maybe there was an outside shot.” Quinn Said “Now the SEC still has a shot, if Georgia was to win out and win the SEC championship and lets assume they’re playing LSU in the SEC Championship and that’s LSU’s only loss based on the resume you’d have to think both LSU and Georgia would get in. I think what they did with this past week’s rankings but also they’ve done this in the past is they’re really setting this up to allow the scheduling to take care of itself, Georgia is in that prime spot at number four but with Alabama on the outside looking in I could see Oregon or Utah whichever on of those two assuming they both make it to the PAC 12 championship game with one loss if they were to win their conference the winner of that would be able to leapfrog them."
