Episode 41 - What is Leadership?

The term leadership is thrown around all the time - so, what does it really mean? In a world that's changing at record speed, what kind of leadership is needed today at work and beyond?
From the time we are young, we hear stories of success by those who choose to be a leader. What leadership looks like today however is very different from the traditional views of the past.
This shift has seen the rise of more thoughtful leaders, who give everyone around them the space to take charge and to be unleashed. At school, work or home we all have an opportunity to lead, whether we clearly have that role or not - at any moment you can be a leader.

This week the Dudes will deliver rules of Disruptive Leadership and how to apply them, while taking a look at people who have stood out because they took risks and redefined the norm.
