Ever wonder why you may be playing a small game or holding yourself back?

The Dudes explore how sometimes we make ourselves smaller or take a back seat to others because we want to avoid surpassing, avoid being different and avoid from sticking out from your parents, siblings, friends, or coworkers. Often we have it that falling in line and playing small can create the illusion that we are safe and sound.

And something gets lost and sacrificed when we are in that experience. This week the Dudes discuss the payoffs and the costs of making ourselves smaller and how we can tap into the things we can do to truly be ourselves and unleashed.
