Today's podcast is with Wesley King he has over 20 years of aquatic management experience. Wes has a degree in Communication from Western Illinois University, with minors and marketing and sociology. He started his career as a lifeguard in 1995 and became the manager of a brand new (and largest water park in central Illinois in 1998. From there this experience has ranged from leading aquatic departments with park districts, JCC's, YMCA's, hotel pools, the Wilderness Resort (largest year-round water park in the U.S), and most recently certified medical fitness facilities. Wesley is the Chair of the Education Committee and a Lead Examiner for the Medical Fitness Association. He is a 5-time national presenter for MFA and Club Industry, both in-person and as webinars.
