As we wrap up water safety week. I wanted to share with you the importance of why you need to learn to swim.

We hear and talk a lot about children learning to swim, however we don't hear as much about the adults. Maybe that because adults don't tell us that they don't know how to swim for their own reasons. Many adults who don't know how to swim, the cause may be their fear of the water.

Kathleen talks about managing the fear or cure the fear. Get your questions answered. It's never to late to learn to swim. Listen as Kathleen talks about The Who, What, Where and Why to help adults get over their fear and learn to swim to enjoy the water.
